Zapid AI is a product studio that builds AI-powered applications for everyday life, including but not limited to tools for travel planning, health assistance, news summarisation, and entertainment. Our products are powered by large language models and agentic AI systems. Services are provided on an “as available” basis and are subject to change.

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when registering or joining the waitlist
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse our AI systems
• Not use our services to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. AI-Generated Content

Our products use artificial intelligence to generate responses, recommendations, and content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Content from our health, travel, and finance products is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional medical, legal, or financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional for important decisions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and technology on our platform is the intellectual property of Zapid AI unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without express written permission. Output generated by our AI tools for your personal use remains yours, subject to applicable terms of the underlying AI models.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zapid AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000 if no payment was made.

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, if we believe you have violated these terms or are using our services in a way that could harm us, other users, or third parties. You may also terminate your use of our services at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
